Terms & Conditions

BetterDesign is an online library of production-ready UI screens that you can browse and copy into your own Figma files. We add and update screens regularly and may change, add, or remove features over time. Features marked as beta are provided for early feedback and may change or be withdrawn.

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
• Give us accurate information and keep your email address up to date — it is how you sign in and how we reach you.
• An account is for one person. Don't share your account or sign-in links with anyone else.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed it.

• We offer a free Basic plan and a paid Pro plan, billed monthly or yearly. Current prices and what each plan includes are shown on our pricing page.
• Customers in India are billed in Indian Rupees, and those prices include GST. Customers outside India are billed in US dollars. We determine your billing country from your location at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your chosen payment method at the start of each billing period until you cancel.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period at the then-current price. If we change the price of your plan, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance and the new price will apply from your next renewal.
• If a renewal payment fails, we may move your account to the free plan until payment succeeds.

• 1 credit = 1 Copy to Figma. Each plan includes a set number of credits per month, shown on the pricing page. Yearly plans include the same monthly allowance for each month of the year.
• Credits reset every month, including on yearly plans. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.
• A credit is used when a copy is approved, just before the screen reaches your clipboard. If the copy then fails to arrive, contact us and we will restore the credit.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be bought or sold separately.

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Plan & Billing. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for. Your first Pro payment is fully refundable within 7 days if you have used fewer than 3 credits. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

The screens in the library, and the Service itself, are owned by us or our licensors and are licensed to you, not sold. While you have an active paid plan, you may use screens you copy in commercial and non-commercial work, including client work and products you sell. You may modify them freely, and no attribution is required. Screens you copied while subscribed remain usable after your subscription ends. The free plan is for evaluating the library; commercial use requires a paid plan.

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute screens or raw screen files as they are.
• Repackage screens into a template pack, UI kit, design library, or any product that competes with the Service.
• Scrape, bulk-download, or use automated means to extract content from the Service.
• Copy, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service or its security, or bypass credit limits.
• Use the Service for anything unlawful.

Designs you create using our screens are yours.

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, for example through account sharing or redistribution of screens. Where we close an account for a breach, fees already paid are not refundable.

We work hard to keep the Service available and the screens accurate, but the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that screens will suit a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing designs before you use them in your own products.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

We may update these terms. We will change the “Last updated” date above, and for material changes we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a concern, please contact us first at support@betterdesign.ai — we will try to resolve it within 30 days. Any dispute that cannot be resolved this way is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ludhiana, Punjab, India.
