What to include
So we can help on the first reply, write from the email address on your BetterDesign account and include:
- Support: the screen's URL and what happened — for example, a Copy to Figma that used a credit but never reached your clipboard.
- Billing and refunds: the date and amount of the payment, and the Razorpay payment or subscription ID from your receipt. See our refund policy.
- GST invoices: your business name, address, and GSTIN.
- Privacy requests: what you'd like us to access, correct, or delete. See our privacy policy.
